Georgia Council Membership and Staff reduced

Fractional tax, income tax check off or a plain old income tax

It’s time to consider the alternatives. The tax that works for a city of 350,000 in Oregon could work for a city of about the same size in Georgia. Atlanta? Portland is collectively paying for the support of cultural infrastructure and stabilizing the forever shaky status of arts teachers in the local schools.
