The ArtsGeorgia Budget Proposal calls for an increase in state arts funding at the link below. The Action Plan follows with steps YOU can take. Write Governor Deal to ask for an increase in state funding for the arts. The budget is being drafted now.

To build legislative support for an increase, call your state Senator or Representative to schedule a meeting this fall. The ‘ArtsGeorgia Official Arts Advocacy Handbook’ and additional content on the website will help you find your local members of the Georgia General Assembly, provide talking points, and includes economic data related to the arts to use for your meeting.
